Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Overview
Best Ortho ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, listen to our podcast, or interact with our content on third-party platforms.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, practice name, and phone number when requesting an audit report, replying to outreach, or filling out forms.
- Usage data such as pages visited, referring URLs, device type, browser, and timestamps, collected automatically through standard logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tag described in section 5.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver and maintain the Services.
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested audit reports.
- To improve our content, podcast, and website experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our content is distributed on third-party platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and X (formerly Twitter). Those platforms collect and process data according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. The pixel uses cookies and sends Meta your browser and device details, the pages you view, and, when you confirm a listing, that a confirmation was completed. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta through the pixel. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy, including to show you ads. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings or block the pixel with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
We also use Google advertising tags (Google Ads) to measure advertising and conversions. They use cookies and send Google your browser and device details, the pages you view, and, when you confirm a listing, that a confirmation was completed. If you give us an email address when you confirm a listing, a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of it may be shared with Google for ad conversion measurement; we do not send your name or phone number. Google may use this information under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization in your Google account settings or block these tags with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
